The new Industrial Policy floated during Governor’s period has been misquoted by Srinagar Daily. And State Govt has hinted at reviewing. Strange is PDP, which is unsure of anything .
The article – Straight Talk straightens the legal status of outsider on leasehold basis. It is legal right as per law applicable to the existing units .In addition S 108 TPA describes lease as transfer of plot of land for use and occupation for specified period. No where ownership, comes into operation.
