SRINAGAR: Expressing hope that Pakistani Joint Investigation Team (JIT), visiting India, will prove beneficial in catching the accused involved in Pathankot attack, former chief minister Omar Abdullah said that Indian team must also be allowed to go to Pakistan to probe the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.

“We are hopeful that Pakistan’s JIT visiting India is beneficial in terms of facilitating catching those responsible for Pathankot attack,” Mr Abdullah, who is the working president of National Conference (NC), told reporters on the sidelines of a party function here today.

“The way Pakistani JIT has come to probe the Pathankot attack, Indian team must should also be granted permission to visit Pakistan to probe 26/11 and other attacks,” he said. (AGENCIES)
