JAMMU, July 25: IGP Jammu Zone, M.K Sinha today issued formal promotion orders to promote 98 Head Constables to the rank of ASIs, four Selection Grade Constables to Head Constables and 249 Constables to Selection Grade Constables.
Apart from this the IGP also granted insitu promotion to a Constable, 15 Followers and seven skilled workers.
Congratulating the promoted police personnel and their families, the IGP lauded the efforts of these cops in earning their due promotion well in time and further expressed hope that they shall rededicate themselves towards their work even with more zeal and enthusiasm to make the department proud.
