JAMMU, Mar 27: To conduct an inquiry into the charges framed against Jagdev Singh Salathia, then SHO Police Station Domana and now SDPO Basohli, the Government has appointed IGP, IR Jammu, Joginder Koul as the Inquiry Officer.
The Inquiry Officer shall complete the enquiry and submit his report to the Home Department within 60 days.
Javed Khawaja, Chief Prosecuting Officer, Jammu, shall be the Presenting Officer.
