IGNOU launches online portal for settlement of students’ grievances

JAMMU, Apr 28: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched online Grievance Redress and Management (iGRAM) portal for settlement of students’ grievances in shortest possible time.
This online portal is available on IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in where students can submit their queries/grievances which can also be accessed directly on http://igram.ignou.ac.in/.
The main purpose of iGRAM is to address students’ queries/grievances within the shortest possible time. The University is making efforts to ensure that the students are able to pursue their studies without any difficulty with all focus on studies.
The University is making every possible effort to ensure that students do not suffer due to lack of information. The launch of iGRAM is a major step towards strengthening the student support services which will ensure that the students get timely, reliable and accurate information with an effective feedback mechanism.
Students are advised to make effective use of this portal and submit their queries and grievances online through iGRAM for immediate settlement. The concerned students will be informed about the action taken and settlement of their queries/grievances on their registered e-mail IDs within the shortest possible time, said the Regional Director, Regional Centre Jammu, Dr Joginder Kumar Yadav.
