JAMMU, Feb 22: IECS Polytechnic, Purkhoo Camp, Domana organized an Extension Lecture on the topic ‘Student Behavior and Relevance of Gandhian Philosophy’ in its college premises, here today.
The lecture was delivered by Sat Pal Verma, a renowned Gandhian and recipient of Padma Shri Award.
Earlier, Principal of the Institution, KG Gupta presented welcome address, while Dr Taran Singh, treasurer Jammu and Kashmir Gandhi Global Family was present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Verma exhorted the students to follow the Gandhian ideals of peace, harmony, non violence, mutual cooperation and integrity.
Ajay Singh Jamwal, Dean Administration presented vote of thanks.
