JAMMU, Aug 31: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Viklang Chattra Trust through its organizer Satya Pal Saraf, Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Virender Singh and Justice Tashi Rabstan today directed the Government to identify the land for establishing old age homes.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi for the PIL and Senior AAG Gagan Basotra for the State, DB directed State to indentify the land for establishing composite home and old-age homes in Jammu as well as Kashmir.
