Iconic Rage Against The Machine concert to be released as film

LOS ANGELES, Aug 19:  Rap metal band Rage Against the Machine’s iconic performance at Finsbury Park, London will be released as a concert film.
Eagle Rock Entertainment announced that the footage of the free show that took place in London on June 6, 2010, would be released on September 11 on DVD, Blu-ray, and digital platforms, reported Entertainment Weekly.
In addition, extra footage and interviews will be released as well under the title, “Behind The Scenes At Finsbury Park”.
The performance came about after a successful campaign to push the band’s signature cut, “Killing in the Name”, to number one on the UK song charts, ahead of a new X-Factor single.
The song ended up ruling the Christmas week charts and spurred the band to play the free show nearly six months later. (PTI)
