IAF Chief visits UK for greater military engagement

NEW DELHI, July 9:
Enabling greater engagement between both the Air Forces, Indian Air Force (IAF) Chief ACM BS Dhanoa has left for United Kingdom to attend the Royal Air Force (RAF) Annual Air Power Conference and Royal International Air Tattoo on the eve of 100th Anniversary of the RAF.  His visit will conclude on July 15.
The visit would provide an impetus to our defence cooperation and pave the way for greater interaction between the RAF and the IAF said.
This would further strengthen relations between the two Air Forces and enable greater engagement in the near future, it added.
More than 20 Air Chiefs from across the world are likely to attend the event. Air Force Wives Welfare Association President Kamalpreet Dhanoa is accompanying the IAF Chief. (UNI)
