JAMMU, May 4: Hundreds of people joined candle march procession with former minister and senior BJP leader Ch Lal Singh at Sainik Colony, Jammu this evening.
In his continued campaign in the region, seeking CBI enquiry into Rassana murder and kidnapping case of innocent 8-year- old girl, former Forest Minister and senior BJP leader today conducted candle march along with public in Sainik Colony in which hundreds of locals of the area participated and raised voice for CBI enquiry.
The locals of Sainik Colony assured the BJP leader Ch Lal Singh for extending full support for the noble cause. They said Ch Lal Singh is the leader who always fought for the cause of the poor and downtrodden people of the State.
They raised slogans in support of Ch Lal Singh and CBI probe. They said that Jammu people are always with him, as and when required their services for a genuine and just cause. They said it is the common cause of each one and thousands of people of each community are with him.
They said Ch Lal Singh has played important role as State Health and Forest Minister. No one can be compared with his qualities. He is the Massiah of poor and down trodden people of the State.
Various social organizations of the Jammu city and prominent citizens of the Sainik Colony joined the candle march on late Friday evening which afer passing theior various sectors finally culminated near the Park.
