JAMMU, Dec 22: Union Home Secretary Anil Goswami would hold a high level review of security scenario in Jammu and Kashmir with top brass of security agencies here tomorrow morning.
Official sources said Mr Goswami would meet top brass of Army, para-military forces, Intelligence agencies and police tomorrow morning at the State Guest House to review security situation in the State as well as the borders.
“Infiltration attempts, ceasefire violations, militancy related situation and all other aspects of the security in the State would come up for a high level review at the meeting, which was expected to last about two hours,” they said.
Security at holy cave shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi ji, which was visited by Mr Goswami yesterday, would also be reviewed. The last review of security at the cave shrine and steps taken by the authorities to implement them would also be discussed.
Later, the Union Home Secretary would also review the progress of `Udaan’ scheme in the State with local officers.
