LADAKH, Mar 6: By order of the Lieutenant Governor, the administration of Union Territory of Ladakh has announced conduct of House Listing and Housing Census in the UT from June 1, 2020 to July 15, 2020.
According to a notification in this regard, the data for the National Population Register will be updated along with House Listing and Housing Census.
For collecting information through the house listing and housing census schedule, the Census officers have been instructed to ask 31 questions from all persons. While first five questions relate to building particulars, question number 6 and 7 relate to household particulars. Question number 8 to 10 relate to head of the household while question number 11 to 31 relate only to normal household. Question number 23, 24, 26, 27, 28 and 29 relate to the assets of the household, which include Radio, television, access to internet, computer, telephone, two-wheeler, four-wheeler etc.
