JAMMU, Feb 16: The Legislative Assembly today paid rich tributes to former member of the House late Praduman Singh who passed away yesterday.
As the House assembled, Speaker, Mubarak Gul informed the members about the demise of Mr. Singh. He described him as an able parliamentarian and leader of masses.
Later, the House stood up for two minutes as a mark of respect to the departed leader.
