With the unusual political change both at the Centre as well as at the State level, sportspersons of the State have high hopes from the new leadership to provide to them necessary infrastructure in terms of trainings, incentives including monetary and avenues to stand prominently in competitions.
A solid structure to promote sports needs to be created to train and roll out the quality players both men and women who could come up not only at the national scene but even at the international tournaments. Coaches and experts from countries like China and Japan could be invited to know from them and to take their services for rolling out quality sportspersons. All the attention and money and importance find way only in cricket which is deplorable. Monetary incentives are very much important along with excellent training opportunities and allied facilities.
