It is to bring into the notice of the Government that the three districts of Doda, Ramban, and Kishtwar which had massive tremors last year and where many people had to suffer on account to loss and damage to their property continue to be neglected by the State Government. Just a negligible compensation of Rs. 6000 and Rs.3000 for fully damaged and semi damaged houses have proved to be nothing less than jokes. Even in the distribution of this relief, local politicians and influential ones tried to benefit their relatives and known ones. No body till date from the administration has surveyed the areas where maximum damages were caused by the earthquakes , the lip sympathies are extended even by the outgoing PM Manmohan Singh who visited last year around June. It is requested that a fact finding team may be deputed by the State Government to inquire about the matter and implement its recommendations.
