SRINAGAR, Aug 23: Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department reviewed the recruitment process for Central Armed Police Forces in Kashmir and directed for requisite arrangements for ensuring timely completion of process and facilitating candidates for submission of application forms at designated centres.
For CAPF recruitment an advisory committee headed by Principal Secretary to Government Home Department and comprised of IGP Kashmir, IGP CRPF and IGP BSF finalised the arrangements.
According to Inspector General BSF, the applications of candidates belonging to South Kashmir for recruitment in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) can also be deposited with the BSF Officer / Representative Camping at Police Lines, Awantipora (Kashmir) from August 24 to September 2.
The admit cards will be issued to the candidate by hand on the same day. However, the documentation, physical standard, test and physical efficiency test (PST/PET), written examination and medical examination of the candidates will be conducted at STC BSF, Humhama, near New Air Port Road, Budgam, Srinagar as per the venue given in the Admit Card and schedule mentioned in the advertisement notice issued earlier.
