Holi is around and the menace has begun. Boys, mostly little ones, are set on hurling water balloons on matadors and pedestrians. The saddest part is that their prime target is girls. This is sheer humiliation and sexual harassment. Parents, especially mothers must teach their sons about it. Parents should guide their kids to play only with friends and acquaintances.
