I would like to request and appeal all the people of this country irrespective of religion, race, caste, creed sex and descent to help and donate liberally for the flood affected people of State, the pain and trauma inflicted by devasting floods on the psyche of the people can easily be felt, So it becomes the moral and religious duty of every individual to help the needy & victims of flood as per his capacity and capability.
Every religion, asks its followers to extend help to the needy in the times of crisis.
