There are at least 2500 such employees working under HDF across J&K. The employees today demanded that the Finance Department should release their salaries.
“The revenue under HDF should be given to the hospital for its development and we should be treated like other employees,” he said.
He said that they are being paid Rs 500-5000 per month and are fighting the crisis like others. “We were told that we will be regularized, but nothing happened; we are working with risk allowance and insurance,” he said.
