MENDHAR, Sept 17: Block Medical Officer (BMO) Mendhar, Dr Parvez Ahmed Khan today placed a Medical employee (FMPHW) under suspension after Health Sub Centre, Darana was found locked at around 11.15 am.
Official sources said that locals of the area informed Tehsildar Mendhar at around 11 am that Health Sub Centre Darana was locked and patients were waiting outside for staff. He asked BMO to visit the hospital and take action. The BMO then rushed there and suspended Amrez Akhtar, FMPHW. He sought explanation from Pharmacist Abdul Qayoom and Safaiwalla Mohd Qasim, who rushed at the Centre after coming to know about the visit of the BMO.
