JAMMU, Aug 21: In a bunch of petitions challenging premature retirement from the Government service, Justice Tashi Rabstan today granted three weeks time as last and final opportunity to State for filing reply.
“If the reply is not filed before September 14, the right to file the reply shall stand forfeited”, Justice Rabstan said.
