JAMMU, Mar 13: In a petition filed by Jatinder Kumar Singh, an IFS officer of 2010, who is presently posted as ACF Rajouri and seeking cadre post of IFS and appointment as DFO, Justice Tashi Rabstan today issued notice to the Chief Secretary, Commissioner/Secretaries of Forest and General Administrative Department.
After hearing Advocate WS Nargal appearing for the petitioner, Justice Rabstan directed that state respondents are liberty to adjust the petitioner against the cadre post inconformity with the IFS Cadre Rules 1966. The High Court also directed the State to produce the order, if any, of non-cadre officers who have been posted against the cadre posts before next date of hearing.
