JAMMU, Nov 1: In a criminal appeal filed by Som Nath Sharma, the then Director Agriculture Jammu, who was convicted and sentenced by Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu on October 30, 2013, Justice Tashi Rabstan today suspended the sentence.
The High Court also admitted the petitioner to bail on furnishing bail bond to the tune of Rs 20,000 with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Registrar Judicial.
