JAMMU, Nov 21: In a petition filed by Dr Nitika Sharma and others, High Court has stayed the selection of 36 Ayurvedic Doctors under NRHM.
After hearing Senior Advocate M K Bhardwaj with Advocate Vishal Bharti for the petitioners, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to respondents returnable within two weeks.
“In the meantime, subject to objection from other side the impugned select list dated November 12, 2013 to the extent of 36 candidates shall remain stayed”, the High Court said.
