JAMMU, May 13: High Court has stayed the operation of select list of Lecturer Oral Medicine and Radiology.
The order was passed in a petition filed by one Imran Malik challenging Notification No 40-SC (DR-5) of 2019 dated April 25, 2019 by virtue of which Public Service Commission has issued select list for the post of Lecturer Oral Medicine & Radiology (GGDC-Jammu) in clear violation of High Court order dated March 23, 2018.
After hearing Advocate Abhinav Sharma for the petitioner, Justice Sanjeev Kumar issued notice to the respondents, which was accepted by AAG FA Natnoo. He has been directed to file objections within two weeks.
In the meantime, subject to objections from the other side and till next date of hearing, the operation of Notification No. 40-PSC (DR-5) of 2019 dated 25.04.2019 was stayed by the High Court.
