JAMMU, July 21: High Court today stayed notification whereby University of Jammu imposed 5% of the total fee of the students admitted in the non-Government colleges as Resource Mobilization fee.
After going through the petition, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to University of Jammu through its Registrar, Financial Advisor University/Principal Secretary to Govt Finance Department, Director Colleges Development Council University of Jammu, University Council.
The High Court also stayed the notification to the extent it intends to charge 5% of the total fee as Resource Mobilization fee from the students admitted in the non-Government college.
