Court observed that its previous directions have not been complied with by the authorities and directed for providing details of under construction bridges and flyovers in J&K.
In previous directions, court had directed the Government to inform it about the status of funds allocated for the construction of bridges in Kashmir province as the constructing agency submits for lack of funds.
The said direction was passed to the Finance Department after the stand taken by the Corporation that despite requests and imperative need for the funds, the same have not been released by the Finance Department resulting into unwarranted delay in completion of these projects.
An affidavit has been filed before the court giving the details which were required regarding construction of bridges by the Jammu Kashmir Project Construction Corporation in the Kashmir province and funds were required to be released by the Finance department.
