JAMMU, Apr 11: High Court today restrained Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) from completing the selection process of MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS Entrance Test-2015.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Veenu Gupta appearing for the petitioner Pankaj Sharma, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal issued notices to Chairman BOPEE and others which were accepted by Advocate Anil Sethi.
Justice Kotwal directed that the competent authority should accord consideration to condoning the inadvertence on the part of petitioner and till next date of hearing selection process shall not be completed.
