Srinagar, Dec 4: High Court today reserved the orders on PIL seeking the recommendations made with regard to 2010 killings be made public.
The Division Bench of Justice A M Magrey and Justice Sanjeev Kumar directed the State counsel N A Dar to submit the report of Justice Koul in a sealed cover and reserved the case for orders.
State Counsel further submitted that the reliefs as sought in the PIL have been achieved by the Government as compensation to next of kin of those who got killed in 2010 unrest has been paid but the counsel refuted these submissions made by the State counsel and said apart from compensation other reliefs are sought in the PIL.
