SRINAGAR, Feb 1: High Court has issued notice to Law Department and Registrar General to file reply/objections to the writ petition filed by Muzaffar Iqbal Qureshi, former District Judge over his compulsory retirement.
After going through the writ petition, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to Law Department and Registrar General.
