JAMMU, Mar 10: In a petition filed by Bench Secretaries of Judges of High Court seeking direction for accord of framing their Services Rules, enhancements of salaries as per the resolution of the Apex Court adopted in the Chief Justice Conference in the year 2002 including grant of benefit of SRO 386 and creation of few additional posts, Justice Tashi Rabstan today issued notice to Registrar General of High Court and Secretaries of Law and Finance Departments.
Petitioner Joginder Singh was appearing in person before the Court.
