JAMMU, June 4: High Court today issued bailable warrants against Ashwani Parihar, Child Development Project Officer, Kishtwar.
The warrant was issued in a petition filed by one Reena Devi, who challenged the selection of Anganwari Workers.
When the petition came up for hearing, Justice Tashi Rabstan, after hearing Advocate G S Thakur appearing for the petitioner whereas AAG HA Siddiqui for the State, observed, “neither the record has been produced by the respondents nor CDPO Kishtwar has appeared in person before court”.
Accordingly, the Court issued bailable warrants against Ashwani Parihar, Child Development Project Officer Kishtwar in sum of Rs 5000 to be executed through SSP Kishtwar for securing his presence in the court on next date of hearing.
