JAMMU, Sept 8: In a batch of contempt petitions filed by adhoc lecturers, High Court today directed Prof Nutan Resutra, Principal GGM Science College (Nodal Officer) to remain present on next date of hearing along with the record.
After hearing Advocates DS Chouhan, HC Jalmeria, Sudershan Sharma and Suraj Singh for the petitioners whereas Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Veenu Gupta for the Nodal Officer, Justice Tashi Rabstan observed, “in terms of earlier order dated August 21, 2014, Prof Nutan Rasutra, Principal GGM Science College, Jammu (Nodal Officer) was directed to remain present, but he is not present today”.
“Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi appearing on behalf of respondent has assured presence of Prof Nutan Rasutra on next date of hearing”, High Court observed and directed that Prof Rasutra shall remain present along with record on September 10, 2014.
