JAMMU, Oct 7: In a petition filed by Sajan Singh seeking quashment of Kishtwar riots case pending in the court of Principal Sessions Judge Kishtwar, High Court today issued notice to Principal Secretary Home, SSP Kishtwar, SHO Police Station Kishtwar and Superintendent of District Jail Kishtwar returnable within two weeks. The High Court also called the record of the trial court.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi with Advocate Parimoksh Seth appearing for the petitioner, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to Principal Secretary Home, SSP Kishtwar, SHO Kishtwar and Superintendent District Jail Kishtwar returnable within two weeks.
