MENDHAR, Oct 13: Harni village and its surrounding habitations are without water for the last about 15 days.
The villagers of the area alleged that motor of the Dug Well at the water source near the village went out of order and it was not got repaired by the PHE staff despite several requests. They said that concerned JE and even the AEE PHE Mendhar was also apprised of the matter but they maintained that Mechanical staff of the department would get the porter replaced or repaired. But unfortunately even after 15 days the water supply could not be restored to the villagers of the area.
