JAMMU, Jan 19: Haq Insaaf Council celebrated its 6th foundation day by organizing discussion on “The new churning in J&K : Expectations and challenges ahead”.
While speaking on the occasion, Zeshan Syes said that youth must get a lot of opportunities to earn their livelihood but every Government miserably failed to redress their problems. He raised the alarming issue of unemployment, drug menace, corruption and suggested cadres of Haq Insaaf Council to oppose, expose and depose the tainted politicians and bureaucrats of J&K.
Muzzafer Hussain Baig applauded various initiatives of Haq Insaaf Council to aware the common masses of their rights. He said the biggest challenge is to unite all the communities and raise our concerns with the Union Government.
Advocate M R Qureshi said that all the alternatives will be open only after Statehood is restored. He further said concrete policies should be framed for the upliftment of unemployed youth.
Adv H C Jalmeria, in his threadbare discussion, said that the position of the state which was existing prior to 5th August 2019, must be restored for the overall development of Jammu and Kashmir. Laws with regard to ensure the local employment and protection should also be provided at the same time, he added. Adv Jameel Kazmi said that we are living in an era of trust deficit.
Adv Sheikh Shakeel emphasized strongly to bring the accountability and transparency by restoring the last status of the Jammu and Kashmir as the various Commissions of the erstwhile State should be brought back in the larger interest of Jammu and Kashmir.
Adv Pawan Kundal said that we should stand unitedly to ensure the sovereignty and integrity of Indian Constitution. Mohd Mashooq gave a call to the youth to join Haq Insaaf Council which is the only genuine, fearless and committed representative body of the downtrodden masses.
Adil Bhat emphasized upon youth to question the corrupt politicians. Others who spoke on the occasion, include Adv Murtaza Khan, Ex MLC Yasir Rishi, Adv Mohd Zulkernain, Adv Yasser Farooq Khan, Dr Shabaz Kazmi, Dinesh Kumar Sharma, Adil Butt , Ibrar Choudhary, Aqib Ali, Ankit Sharma, Adv Adeep Bandral, Inzimam ul Haq, Musharaf Ahmed, Abid Choudhary, Sachin Sharma, Rohit Kotwal, Mandish Bali and Bazahid Bhatti.
