JAMMU, Oct 13: M K Hanjura, an officer of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service, has been repatriated from Supreme Court Registry to his parent cadre.
“The Chief Justice of India has been pleased to repatriate M K Hanjura, District and Sessions Judge, presently on deputation as Registrar in the Supreme Court of India, to his parent cadre—Jammu and Kashmir High Court with effect from October 12”, reads the order issued by VSR Avadhani, Secretary General of Supreme Court of India.
The posting order of the Mr Hanjura, who has delivered many landmark judgments during his posting in Jammu and Kashmir, would be issued by the J&K High Court in next few days.
