KATRA, Dec 5: An unidentified handicapped beggar was found with serious burn injuries under mysterious conditions on Jammu-Katra road, here today.
On getting information in this regard, a Police party from Katra rushed to the spot and shifted the victim to CHC Katra where doctors referred him to GMC Hospital Jammu.
Even as condition of the victim was stated to be stable, he was still unable to give statement to the Police.
A case has been registered in this connection for investigation.
