Guv appealed to implement HC order on pay anomaly of clerical cadre

JAMMU, Feb 11: Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association (ADCSA) today appealed Governor NN Vohra to implement State High Court order regarding removal of pay anomalies of the clerical cadre.
The appeal was made in a meeting of the association held here today under the chairmanship of Babu Hussain Malik, State president of the association.
During the meeting, all the representatives in one voice appealed Governor NN Vohra and Chief Secretary of the State to implement the order of State High Court vide SWP No 3058/2015, MP No 01/2015 in letter and spirit regarding removal of pay anomalies of the clerical cadre at the earliest.
They said if the order is not implemented soon, the association will be left with no other option except approaching State High Court to issue contempt order in this behalf, as the two-month time given to the Government to implement the order has already expired.
Meanwhile, the association clarified that they do not support the February 13 strike call given by some self style leaders and appealed the clerical cadres to desist from such calls.
Prominent among others who attended the meeting were Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Javeed Akhnoon, KA Dewani and Meenakshi Sharma.
