JAMMU, May 6: An Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre Dheeraj Gupta, who is presently on Central deputation, has been given extension in deputation till July next year.
He was presently posted as Adviser in the Planning Commission.
A 1993 batch IAS, Gupta had held important assignments in Jammu and Kashmir also including the post of Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB).
