JAMMU, May 31: MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta today kick started the construction work of entry gate and retention wall of Datta Tray Temple here at Circular Road.
The retention wall of the temple had washed away recently due to heavy rains and as such people of the area were demanding to reconstruct the same on priority basis. The construction work was started in presence of general secretary of the temple, Bangroo and secretary, Om Parkash. The cost of the project is Rs 4.5 lakh.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that he has a mind focus on the overall developmental paradigm of his constituency. He assured that in the coming days he would undertake all the necessary projects that would help in the overall development of the constituency.
