RAJOURI, Aug 4: The road connecting Gulati to Shahdra Sharief is lying closed from last fifteen days due to landslide and the public of area is suffering badly.
In this connection, a protest led by Sardar Abdul Qayoom PRI member and Mohd latief was held today in Majhoor. They told that the area is still unconnected and public is facing difficulties.
Protesting people said that the contractor is no where sight and due to closure of road, students and patients are suffering badly as they are forced to walk several kilometers on foot to reach their destination. The protesting people appealed DC Rajouri to look into the matter and direct concerned officials to restore the road at the earliest.
