JAMMU, Apr 10: The Government today nominated Prashant Goyal, Principal Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, as Chairman of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Finance Corporation (JKLFC).
“In exercise of powers vested in the Government of Jammu and Kashmir under Section 15(1) of the State Finance Corporation Act, 1951, Prashant Goyal, Principal Secretary to the Government, Industries & Commerce Department, is hereby nominated as Chairman, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Finance Corporation (JKLFC) in place of Vivek Bhardwaj, till further orders for a period not exceeding three years,” read an order issued by General Administration Department.
