JAMMU, May 1: Raj Kumar Goyal, Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs, has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice.

“The Competent Authority has approved assignment of additional charge of the post of Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice to Raj Kumar Goyal, Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs upon superannuation of SKG Rahate on April 30, 2024 and till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders,” read an order issued by Appointments Committee of the Cabinet & Establishment Officer, Government of India.
Goyal is an IAS officer of erstwhile J&K cadre, now AGMUT.
