JAMMU, May 14: To prepare a revival plan for the Cooperative sector, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir today constituted a committee, headed by Principal Secretary, Agriculture/Animal and Sheep Husbandry/Cooperative Department.
The 7-member committee shall look into the functioning of all agencies, institutions, bodies and undertakings in the Cooperative Department and submit its report by 22nd of this month.
Members of the committee include ; Principal Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department; Commissioner Secretary, Industries & Commerce; Secretary, Department of RDD & Panchayati Raj; Secretary, FCS&CA; Director Finance, Cooperative Department and representative of Finance department not below the rank of Additional Secretary.
