JAMMU, Oct 5: All Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AMCCC) has accused the State as well as Central Government for the plight of displaced Pandits from Valley.
The AMCCC in its meeting here, today held under the chairmanship of Desh Rattan said that the Government was responsible for the mass exodus of nationalist people from Valley in 1989-90 as it had no clear-cut policy on Kashmir.
He said the community has been put to miseries due to the follies of the Central Government who always adopted a week -kneed policies on Kashmir with the result the anti national elements and separatists got a boost.
The meeting which was also addressed by Dilip Kumar and Raj Nath Dhar warned that AMCCC will launch agitation for the restoration of rights to the displaced Pandits and their honorable rehabilitation in their homeland.
The meeting said that the AMCCC has decided to launch agitation by marching to Union Capital. It also made an appeal to all migrant organizations to unite at this crucial juncture and fight for community cause unitedly.
The AMCCC warned Pakistan to keep its hands off the Kashmir and said that the Pandits being indigenous people of Valley are main Party to Kashmir issue.
The meeting said the three main demands for which the AMCCC will launch agitation included right to life, right to live and restoration of homeland.
