JAMMU, July 28: Jammu and Kashmir Govt Pharmacist Association, Jammu today announced its pro-active support to the Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation’s series of protest dharnas at District headquarters for DPC of the Health Department employees.
The support was announced by Ch Jarnail Singh, Working President JKGPA Jammu, while addressing a press conference in presence of JKMEF President Sushil Sudan, here today.
Raise their genuine demand of Departmental Promotion Committee, which has not been done since four years, Ch Jarnail said that because of no DPC, the Health services are suffering as 1000 to 1500 promotional posts are lying vacant in many Health institutions of Jammu division and the system is overburdened in the hospitals.

Extending pro-active support to the JKMEF agitational programme, Ch Jarnail said that after a series of protest dharnas at district headquarters, the Government Pha-rmacists shall join Jammu Challo Programme in front of Directorate of Health Services complex on August 24.
