JAMMU, Aug 6: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir today ordered constitution of a committee to re-visit the existing Annual Performance Report (APR) guidelines.
The committee shall submit its recommendations, keeping in consideration the existing guidelines in the J&K and the Government of India pattern on ACR rules, within a period of one month.
Principal Secretary, Home Department; Commissioner Secretary, GAD and Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs are Members of the committee.
The existing APR guidelines were notified vide Government Order number 1311-GAD of 2001, dated 09-11-2001, which shall be re-visited.
