JAMMU, Jan 5: Government today notified a roster of the Administrative Secretaries and other lower-rung officers for conducting the public darbars in different districts of Jammu and Kashmir between January 9 and 24, 2024.
As per an order, Raj Kumar Goyal, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Home Department, shall conduct the public darbar in Jammu on January 11 and Srinagar on January 21, 2024 while Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Jal Shakti Department shall conduct the darbar in Rajouri on January 9 and Reasi on January 22 and Dheeraj Gupta, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Forest, Ecology & Environment, shall conduct a darbar in Kathua on January 10 and Baramulla on January 23.
Further, it has been ordered that Shailender Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department shall address the grievances of the public in Srinagar on January 12 and Udhampur on January 23, H Rajesh Prasad, Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, shall hold a darbar in Anantnag on January 13 and Rajouri on January 21, and Santosh Dattatreya Vaidya, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, shall conduct a darbar in Ganderbal on January 13 and Jammu on January 24.
Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, will listen to the public grievances in Reasi on January 11 and Samba on January 22 while Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, will listen to the public grievances in Udhampur on January 11 and Doda on January 18, and Saurab Bhagat, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, shall visit Baramulla on January 12 and Kulgam on January 23 to address the public concerns.
Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Housing & Urban Development Department, shall visit Samba on January 13 and Budgam on January 21, Prerna Puri, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, shall visit Budgam on January 11 and Ramban on January 23, Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, shall visit Ramban on January 12 and Kathua on January 22, Yasha Mudgal, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, shall visit Kishtwar on January 13 and Ganderbal on January 23.
Additionally, it has been ordered that Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, shall visit Doda on January 11 and Pulwama on January 22, Sarmad Hafeez, Secretary to the Government, Youth Services & Sports Department, shall visit Bandipora on January 13 and Shopian on January 24, Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, shall visit Kulgam on January 11 and Kishtwar on January 21, Talat Parvez Rohella, Commissioner of Enquiries, to visit Poonch on January 12 and Bandipora on January 22, Bhupinder Kumar, Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department to visit Pulwama on January 11 and Poonch on January 24, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, to visit Shopian on January 12 and Kupwara on January 22, and Nazim Zai Khan, Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K, to visit Kupwara on January 9 and Anantnag on January 22.
