JAMMU, Nov 24: All J&K PoJK 1947 Sharnarthi Intellectual Forum has described the controversial and anti-national statements given by former J&K Chief Minister Dr Farooq Abdullah(MP) as unwarranted and highly objectionable.
The Forum president, Amrik Singh (Adv) while condemning his provocative speeches, said that the Kashmir is the integral part of India and its absolute accession was signed by late Maharaja Hari Singh. But due to vested interest of late Sheikh Mohd Abdullah the other part of PoJK was not invaded, reason behind was at that time Indian Army comprising with Patiala Regiment was bravely fought and horridly rushing towards PoJK territory to defeat the Pak Army nefarious plan, but unfortunately they were re-called by the then Prime Minister Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru and Indian Army was directed to confine itself upto Uri and Poonch sector.
The motive behind was that Sheikh Mohd Abdullah did not want to invade PoJK because, those people did not like Sheikh dynasty as Prime Minister of J&K State and similarly Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru was also watching interests of Sheikh Abdullah. This game plan is well known to every J&K citizen.
Singh further said that problem of Kashmir is nothing but it is creation of Sheikh Mohd Abdullah and Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru. He pointed out that when late GM Shah took over the regime as Chief Minister of J&K by defeating his brother-in-law Dr Farooq Abdullah, then Dr Abdullah out of frustration changed his tune of patriotism towards Pakistan and anti-national speech got started to provoke the Kashmiri innocent un-employed youth against India and instigated them to cross over Pak and fight for Kashmri Azadi after taking over arms training. This dynasty have always mislead the innocent Kashmiri people whenever they were defeated by the people of State by virtue of election. The people of J&K are well aware of their triangular speeches in Kashmir, Jammu and Delhi.
Forum president claimed that Displaced Persons / Sharnarthi of PoJK 1947 are the real claimants of PoJK, because they have lost their parents, about 50 thousands families along with moveable and immoveable property, that is why they are party to it and not the Hurriyat Conference.
If Government of India deputes any interlocutor or representative for dialogue or mediation, then Government of India must make them party, because they are the real claimants of PoJK.
The Forum appealed to the Union as well as State Government to take action against Farooq Abdullah for his anti-national speeches which comes under offence of Sedition and Treason Act.
